We have state-of-the art fully automatic IGBT technology-based CUT-to-LENGTH plant in our factory, where-in We can cut GI, PPGI, Hot Rolled, and Cold Rolled, as per desired dimensions. We provide cut-to-length services for metal coils through its state-of-the-art equipment. Cut-to-length is a meticulous process in which the rolled steel is uncoiled and cut into desired lengths. Our precision cut-to-length equipment can produce superior quality metal sheets for varied applications.
Our automatic equipment allows us to provide customized sizes as per clients’ requirements. We also provide export packing on wooden pallets as pre requirements. We ensure the cut-to-length services and process exceeds our customers' quality requirements with supervised quality checks at various stages including set-up, in-process, and final inspection of each batch.

HIGH PRECISION SLITTING LINE
Slitting is a process in which the master coil of metal is cut into a number of narrower coils as the master coil runs through a set of slitting knives. The process is extremely delicate and requires a high degree of professionalism and precision to avoid any breaks. Our automatic high-line slitting machine ensures that all kinds of customized sizes can be created without hassles. Slitting line for GI, Aluzinc, aluminum, Stainless Steel Coils with de coiler, leveler, slitting shear, edge trimming shear, roller breaking unit and tension recoiler.
We are also having a full-fledged sheet metal workshop with CNC turret punching machines, Press brake + Shearing machines (3mtr length), Single Action Presses + Hydraulic presses, so we are willing to undertake any fabrication/perforation jobs which you may wish to outsource.
