in which the rolled steel is uncoiled and cut into desired lengths.

Our automatic equipment allows us to provide customized sizes as per clients’ requirements. We also provide export packing on wooden pallets as pre requirements. HIGH PRECISION SLITTING LINE
Slitting is a process in which the master coil of metal is cut into a number of narrower coils as the master coil runs through a set of slitting knives. The process is extremely delicate and requires a high degree of professionalism and precision to avoid any breaks. Our automatic high-line slitting machine ensures that all kinds of customized sizes can be created without hassles. Slitting line for GI, Aluzinc, aluminum, Stainless Steel Coils with de coiler, leveler, slitting shear, edge trimming shear, roller breaking unit and tension recoiler.
We are also having a full-fledged sheet metal workshop with CNC turret punching machines, Press brake + Shearing machines (3mtr length), Single Action Presses + Hydraulic presses, so we are willing to undertake any fabrication/perforation jobs which you may wish to outsource.
